BTS
is possibly set to give ARMYs another major gift from ARIRANG. Just when the fans couldn't stop drooling over the four music videos the septet had released from its comeback album in the last four months, Bighit Music dropped another huge surprise that the king of K-pop is gearing up to add to the list with another one - NORMAL. In a major tease on July 9, the band claimed to be all set to launch something aboyt the track, which could either be a brand new music video of the song, or a reel. The news has left their followers screaming with joy. This comes as RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook continue to claim their global dominance one show at a time, during their ongoing ARIRANG World Tour.
BTS teases NORMAL
On Thursday, the official social media handles of BigHit Music shared a collage of blurry, intriguing photos from what could possibly be stills from their upcoming NORMAL project. The caption read, "LAMRON: The Reel." What grabbed the attention was how the name of the song was written backwards. Instead of NORMAL, the post called it 'LAMRON.' It is totally in sync with the emotion and meaning of the original song that explores the emotional toll of global fame. It contrasts the whiplash between adoration and hatred, turning extraordinary, isolating celebrity life into their everyday "normalcy".
LAMRON decoded
Fans were quick to begin their guessing game about the meaning behind spelling it backwards and why BTS chose it this way. One fan wrote on X (formerly Twitter), "Okay now I’m curious. What exactly are they planning with this Lamron tease?" Another fan said, "ARMY noticed another clue. From headers to profile pictures, BTS knows how to keep the fandom guessing. Something big is coming."That's not all. BTS even changed their profile picture on their social media pages across platforms to LAMRON, raising the level of intrigue even more. J-Hope also reposted the LAMRON collage in his Instagram
