Arora's birthday celebration commenced early with her husband Dheeraj Dhoopar's Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa premiere. While the actress turned 35 on June 28, she celebrated it with a family gathering on June 27, when the show premiered on Netflix. In an exclusive interview with Zoom, Vinny revealed this isn't her first birthday without Dheeraj. It has happened once or twice before, but they would be constantly in touch over video and phone calls. However, this time the scenario was different as her husband to leave for the Netflix reality show's shoot.

In an exclusive chat with us, Vinny said, "It's only been like three or four days that he's actually gone. And there has been a sinking feeling because even when he's away at shoot, we're always in touch. So we know what's happening, what we're doing, we're video calling, and we send presents."

The actress added that on her previous birthdays without Dheeraj, the actor would pamper her by sending flowers and gifts. But with him entering Lock Upp, things were different. The actress felt it was ideal to have a small family gathering at home to watch the show, and later celebrate with drinks and food. "But if this is how I have to spend the rest of my birthdays to see him win, to see him succeed, and do so well.... then I'll be happy to sacrifice that for sure," she added.

Vinny was also asked if Dheeraj can break people's perception of grounded people not being fit for reality shows, the way Gaurav Khanna did in Bigg Boss 19. To this, the actress said, "Dheeraj is nothing like Gaurav. I don't know how his journey was, but I've seen that there have been so many clips on Instagram that say that he was very calm and stuff. I'm not saying Dheeraj is calm. I'm not saying he's going to be mature all the time. I'm saying he stands up for what he feels is right. And most times that is what is right also."

According to Vinny, her husband is not calm and composed, but a fun human being. She said that Dheeraj can be like spark for a room, but also turn into fire any minute. Talking about Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa, the show also features Ram Kapoor, Shivangi Joshi, Harshad Chopda, and others.
