Variety India has reported that Gaurav entered Netflix reality show Lock Upp 2 for a heartfelt conversation with Akanksha. As per the publication, the actors broke down in tears after a deeply personal exchange on the show. More details about their speculated reunion have not been revealed yet.

In one of the latest episodes, the TV actress told her inmates Sufi Motiwala and Shreya Kalra that she wouldn't marry again after divorce from Gaurav. "I think I’m done. This is the first time I will be living alone, not under my parents’ roof or my husband’s," she said, further adding that she will love solo for the rest of her life. For that matter, the actress also confessed that she was bisexual before marrying the Bigg Boss 19 winner. She revealed this secret last week on Lock Upp 2. Akanksha admitted, "Women are my safe space. I like them, I admire them, I am drawn to them. Growing up in a male-dominated world, I always found comfort with my mom and sisters." The actress stated that she loves feminine energy. While people feel women can't be friends, the actress doesn't believe that. For her, all women are beautiful. "Society calls it a tag, but for me it’s just pure love," she mentioned.
