Kumar is back in the bay after some family time. Late on July 27 (Monday), the Welcome To The Jungle star was seen at the Mumbai airport with wife Twinkle Khanna as they returned from what appeared to be a vacation. In a rare appearance, their daughter Nitara was also spotted, though she kept hiding behind her mother to dodge the paps, which fans found adorable. The 13-year-old has so far kept a low profile as the parents make sure not to let the shutterbugs affect her teenage years. So, whenever Nitara is spotted, it surely leaves Akshay's fans in awe of his happy family. Though his elder son, Aarav was absent.

In equal measure, even Akshay grabbed eyeballs for his look. The actor, who recently joined Rohit Shetty's Golmaal franchise, was seen in a full white beard. Akshay will be seen in Golmaal 5, and he was welcomed in the team through a special video weeks ago.
On the work from and 2026 so far
Akshay Kumar has so far been having a good 2026. He first delivered this hit Bhooth Bangla, which marked the return of ace filmmaker Priyadarshan, and the reunion of the actor-director. His second release, Welcome To The Jungle, the third instalment in the Welcome film series, succeeding Welcome (2007) and Welcome Back (2015), also did well at the box office. Akshay's next berings back his team-up with Saif Ali Khan in Haiwaan, however not like we've seen before in movies like Main Khiladi Tu Anari, Yeh Dillagi and Tashan. The movie is an official remake of Mohanlal starrer 2016 film Oppam 's Hindi remake starring Saif Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar in lead roles and is touted to be a suspense crime thriller.
Akshay reunites with Saif in Haiwaan
Earlier in July, the makers launched the first look of the two actors from
Haiwaan. Akshay revealed that between him and Saif, one sees everything and the other misses nothing. For the unversed, this suspense thriller has been backed by KVN Productions and Thespian Films.Apart from Akshay and Saif, the star cast of Haiwaan includes Boman Irani, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Saiyami Kher and late Asrani. In an old interview with News18, filmmaker Priyadarshan had revealed that late Asrani shot for his movie five to six days before his death. The director considered himself 'blessed' to have shot his last take.Haiwaan is scheduled for a big-screen release on September 11.
