Kumar has recently expressed his disappointment over his friend Samarth Jurel, who called him 'naukar' (servant) in a recent interview. For the unversed, Abhishek and Samarth are currently seen on Laughter Chefs 3 as contestants. They are the partners on the Colors TV show. The Udaariyaan actor took his Instagram stories and shared a long note, in which he revealed that his family got hurt after they learnt about Samarth’s derogatory remarks about him. Abhishek explained that making fun of each other on the show and interviews are two different things. He found Samarth’s comment disrespectful.

In the note on his Instagram stories, Abhishek Kumar mentioned in his note that they make fun of each other with good intentions. They do it for entertainment purposes. However, he didn’t like the fact that Samarth was passing remarks about him on a YouTube show. He found it ‘disrespectful’. Abhishek Kumar further stated that he watched the interview and didn’t say anything then. However, his family and extended family got hurt by Samarth’s statements. He feels the fun between friends and affecting somebody’s dignity on a public platform are two different things. He has always considered him a good human being and respected him a lot. Hence, he got disappointed with such comments passed by Samarth Jurel.

For the unversed, in an interview with Nayandeep Rakshit, Samarth Jurel said that Abhishek Kumar is like his servant. He also jokingly said that Abhishek works as a cleaner and helper for Krushna Abhishek and Vicky Jain, respectively. He also stated that Abhishek likes to destroy things on Laughter Chefs. He called himself the better cook than Kumar.
