The star couple has purchased a sea-facing apartment in Mumbai's Versova area, paying Rs 18.29 crore for it. Property registration documents show the couple bought a 2,644-square-foot flat in the Godrej Skyshore residential project. This purchase is the latest addition to their impressive property portfolio, which already includes homes in Mumbai, Gurugram, and Alibaug.

The new apartment works out to nearly Rs 69,159 per square foot, making it one of the priciest deals in the area. The flat is located on one of the higher floors of the upscale Godrej Skyshore building in Versova, Andheri West.Along with the main residence, the deal includes an extra 316-square-foot exclusive area and three dedicated parking spots. This adds convenience and extra space for the couple's growing needs.Interestingly, this isn't the first celebrity purchase in the same building. Tabu had earlier bought a 2,153-square-foot flat in the same project for around Rs 10 crore.The couple already owns several other valuable properties. Virat has a luxurious bungalow in Gurugram's DLF Phase 1, reportedly worth around Rs 80 crore, with a grand drawing room and hanging pool.They also own land in Alibaug. Their 8-acre farmhouse there features a temperature-controlled pool, a custom kitchen, four bathrooms, a jacuzzi, and a large garden, built with expensive Italian marble.
