The venue’s security and local police intervened and tackled the situation by taking the individual into custody. According to reports, the incident happened during the live performance of Diljit Dosanjh in San Francisco. The viral video captures Diljit Dosanjh dancing on stage. However, a man holding the Khalistan flag appeared on stage and danced close to Diljit. After witnessing it, the Main Vaapas Aaunga actor quickly stopped dancing and moved away from him. Later, the security personnel held the individual and escorted him out. As per viral videos, the local police officers detained the individual and arrested him later. It has to be noted that the disruption came amid recent online threats and interruptions linked to hardline factions, including Sikhs for Justice (SFJ), over the actor’s appearances in the mainstream Indian media. During the concert, the singer-actor reiterated his position on live events and said that if anyone tries to harass his fans or disrupt the concert, they will be removed by the local authorities.

Earlier in April, Dijit Dosanjh’s concert in Canada was allegedly disrupted after a group of supporters raised pro-Khalistan slogans and waved flags inside the venue.
