Raj lauds Samantha's box office pull
Lauding the movie and
Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Raj Nidimoru reflected on how Samantha's box office pull was underestimated before the film's release. According to the writer-producer, there was a general assumption within the industry that female-led films do not generate significant pre-release buzz and usually depend on word of mouth to gain momentum. However, the film's opening day numbers challenged that belief, reminding everyone that a strong film can attract audiences regardless of whether its lead is male or female. Raj admitted that Samantha's ability to bring audiences to theatres was a pleasant surprise and proved her star power once again.

According to him, Samantha remained cautious about accepting the film's success immediately. Raj told Variety, "She usually doesn't accept immediately that it's a success. So it takes her a bit. So it's not like the very first day she'd be like, 'Yeah, we did it.' So but thankfully, this time, by like, I don't know, Saturday, Sunday or something, she said, 'I think it's working."For now, Raj is celebrating Maa Inti Bangaaram's success in his own way. He has been visiting theatres with the team, experiencing the audience reactions and capturing those special moments.
