Anil Ravipudi's New Film With Venkatesh, Kalyanram Gets An Official Launch, Keerthy Suresh Joins Cast

Anil Ravipudi's much-awaited project with Daggubati Venkatesh and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram has officially gone on floors. Tentatively known as VenkyAnil5, the film was launched with a traditional muhurat pooja ceremony in Hyderabad on June 18. The event brought together several prominent names from the Telugu film industry, getting the excitement surrounding the much-awaited film. The film also includes Keerthy Suresh and Krithi Shetty, and it is being positioned as a big entertainer for the Sankranthi 2027 season. Regular shooting is expected to commence later this month. This is Anil Ravipudi's next film after Chiranjeevi starrer Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu.

Several prominent figures from the Telugu film industry attended the launch ceremony of Anil Ravipudi's film. Among them were acclaimed writer Vijayendra Prasad, legendary filmmaker K. Raghavendra Rao, and leading producers Dil Raju and Allu Aravind. Lead actors Venkatesh and Kalyan Ram were joined by actresses Keerthy Suresh and Krithi Shetty.

According to the latest updates, the film's regular shooting schedule is expected to begin on June 22. The project is being produced by Sahu Garapati under the Shine Screens banner, in collaboration with Suresh Productions and Zee Studios. The film's music is by GV Prakash.

Even before its official launch, the film attracted attention due to speculation surrounding its cast. Early reports claimed Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil was being considered for a role, while later rumours suggested that actor Karthi had joined the project. However, neither report was officially confirmed. Responding to the speculation, Anil Ravipudi requested media outlets and fans to avoid spreading unverified information and wait for official announcements from the production team.

The film marks another collaboration between Venkatesh and Anil Ravipudi, who previously delivered the successful family entertainers F2: Fun and Frustration and F3: Fun and Frustration. Venkatesh also appeared as Venky Gowda in his film Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu. Their films have well at the box office and enjoyed popularity among audiences.

The project is also notable for Kalyan Ram's association with Anil Ravipudi for Pattas. Meanwhile, Venkatesh is currently collaborating with director Trivikram Srinivas on the much-awaited family entertainer Aadarsha Kutumbam House No: 47 (also known as AK-47). While the duo has previously worked together on popular films such as Nuvvu Naaku Nachav and Malliswari, for which Trivikram wrote the screenplay and dialogues, this project marks their first collaboration with Trivikram at the helm as director.
