In his tweet, the director also revealed that the film's shooting is scheduled to begin after the Tamil month of Aadi. It means that the film will go on floors towards the end of August. Tamizharasan had begun location scouting for
D56 in March this year.For the unversed, Tamizharasan is known for directing
Lubber Pandhu, a sports drama which was theatrically released in 2024. Produced by Prince Pictures, the movie featured Harish Kalyan, Dinesh, Sanjana Krishnamoorthy, Swasika, Bala Saravanan, Kaali Venkat, and others.
