very sad day for Indian cricket! The Indian women's cricket team has been knocked out of the Women's T20 World Cup on Sunday (June 28) after losing its final group match against Australia. Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli watched the match live at the iconic Lord’s cricket ground in London, England. They went there to root for Team India; however, the women’s team couldn’t make its place into the semis of the T20 World Cup. Virat and Anushka’s pictures from the stadium are going viral on social media, in which they are seen having a gala time with Ravi Shastri, Shikhar Dhawan and his wife, Sophie Shine.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma were seen cheering enthusiastically for the Indian women’s team from the stands. They applauded some key moments during the match. Former head coach of India, Ravi Shastri, was also seated alongside Virushka during the match. Later, former opener of Team India, Shikhar Dhawan, also joined the couple with his wife, Sophie Shine. They later posed together for a group picture. Virat’s IPL team, Royal Challengers Bengaluru, shared the iconic photo on X and wrote, “Virat, Ravi bhai and Shikhi Paaji: full house at Lord’s today.”

Unfortunately, India couldn’t beat Australia and failed to secure their place in the semis. Now, Team India is officially knocked out of the Women's T20 World Cup. Apart from that, the Indian men’s cricket team also lost the series against Ireland on June 28.
