According to a source close to the actress, her alleged acting comeback plans are ‘completely inaccurate and misleading.’ The source said, “There is absolutely no truth to the claims being made about Katrina Kaif’s future acting plans. The report is based entirely on speculation and misinformation, with no verification.”

As per Deccan Herald’s report, Katrina was being considered for a brief yet crucial role in Spirit. The film stars Prabhas and Triptii Dimri in the lead. Earlier, Deepika Padukone was offered the movie; however, her collaboration with Prabhas after Kalki 2898 AD did not materialise because of the actress’ alleged demand for work-life balance. Deepika was returning to work after the birth of her daughter, Dua Padukone Singh.

What is Spirit movie all about?

As per early reports, Prabhas will portray a serious and dedicated police officer on a mission to take down a powerful international crime syndicate and restore his honour. His character will also be shown as a devoted family man with a wife and child. Triptii Dimri reportedly plays a doctor. Prakash Raj is said to be a strict jail official involved in intense confrontations. Vivek Oberoi is the antagonist.
