actress Sanchita Ugale's untimely demise has left the industry heartbroken. The actress, who rose to fame with Kumkum Bhagya, died by suicide at the age of 22. She was found dead at her Nalasopara residence in 2014. Actor Sarwam Kulkarni is also shocked by the tragic passing of his rakhi sister. In an interview, the actor recalled speaking to Sanchita a few days ago and felt that she sounded fine. The Yeh Meri Family 4 actor also penned an emotional note, remembering the 22-year-old actress and how they started their acting careers together.

In an interview with
Bombay Times, Sarwam revealed Sanchita spoke to him about her work days before the actress died by suicide. "She had been feeling low some time ago, but had recovered and seemed to be in a much better space," he said. However, her death came as a complete shock to the actor and he still can't believe she is no more.
The actor also dedicated a post to his rakhi sister on Instagram. Sharing an old picture with Sanchita, the actor said he lost his sister and one of the most talented actors in the industry. Going down memory lane, Sarwam recalled started his acting career, going for auditions and approaching production houses with the late actress. He also shared how Sanchita was happy and proud of him when she saw his set for the first time. "We watched this dream together, step by step, from the very beginning. You believed in me, celebrated every small win, and shared in every moment of the journey," he added. The young actor further admitted that he admired the Kumkum Bhagya actress' dedication, strength and the way she worked hard for everything she achieved.

Towards the end of his IG post, Sarwam requested everyone not to make assumptions around
Sanchita's death and let the legal team investigate. "Rest in peace, sister. This is an unimaginable loss, and you will be deeply missed and forever love," he wrote on a concluding note.
Meanwhile, Sanchita had worked on television shows like Wagle Ki Duniya and Dilwali Dulha Le Jayegi. The actress had also been a part of Vicky Kaushal's Chhaava. She played the younger version of Tara Rani in the historical drama. It was directed by Laxman Utekar. May the actress' soul rest in peace!
