Sanjay, son of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay, is all set to make his directorial debut with Sigma. His first project features Sundeep Kishan, Gemini Mani, Sampath Raj, and others in key roles. Bankrolled by Lyca Productions, the film is scheduled for a theatrical release on July 31. Ahead of that, a video of Jason's interaction with a child has surfaced online. The video, which was originally posted by a publication, has now been deleted. However, netizens downloaded it, and the clip is viral on social media. It features the new debutant director sharing a funny story from his childhood.

Jason interacted with a child. According to
Mid-Day, he spoke about a hilarious incident from his childhood where he thought he was kidnapped by his father Vijay's 'fan'. The director told actor Gemini Mani's son that he was reminded of this incident while working on
Sigma's shoot with his father.
"When I was young, your father tried to kidnap me in a car. My father would always send security to pick me up from school. But your father came and kidnapped me," he jokingly said in Tamil. The report further suggests that Gemini recorded the now-deleted video, and while recording it, he called himself 'Thalapathy Vijay fan'.Revealing what actually happened, Gemini Mani revealed, "I wanted to see Thalapathy somehow, so I went, instead of security and picked up Sanjay." He further added that Jason threw his school bags and tried to escape. To which the Sigma director replied that he was young back then.
