Wikipedia Founder Claims He Was Banned After Pushing For Changes To The Site

Wikipedia Co-founder Larry Sanger is facing a permanent ban from the platform. According to his statement, the founder tried to introduce changes to Wikipedia that would make it more open and balanced. On the other hand, Wikipedia editors say that the co-founder was banned because he broke the community rules by trying to influence internal discussions from outside the platform. For those who are unaware, Larry Sanger cofounded Wikipedia alongside Jimmy Wales and helped name the platform as well. He revealed that he was first blocked from the platform indefinitely before the permanent ban came flying. According to him, this shows Wikipedia is no longer the open platform it pretends to be.
