For that matter, the character reveals will also be made at the time of the first look unveiling. While there's no confirmed date yet, fans can expect the first look release before Diwali 2026.

As per a source, the first look of Ranbir, Alia and Vicky's Love & War is currently in the works and will be out before Diwali this year. "While the exact date is still being finalised, the asset is expected to be unveiled in the weeks to come as the team begins building anticipation for the film," the source added.

For that matter, the makers have urged fans to avoid relying on any unofficial images related to Love & War. This film was originally scheduled to arrive during Christmas 2025. However, it was later pushed to January 21, 2027. An interesting fact about this project is that it marks Ranbir's reunion with Sanjay Leela Bhansali after Saawariya.In fact, Alia had worked with the iconic filmmaker on Gangubai Kathiawadi. When it comes to Vicky, Love & War is his first collaboration with the director. In the past, the actor shared screen space with Ranbir in Rajkumar Hirani's Sanju and with Alia in Meghna Gulzar's Raazi.

On the work front, Ranbir will next be seen as Lord Rama in Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana. Produced by Yash and Namit Malhotra, the mythological epic will arrive in theatres on Diwali. The second installment, Ramayana: Part 2, is scheduled for Diwali 2027 release.As for Alia, the actress was last seen in Alpha with Sharvari. Directed by Shiv Rawail, the spy thriller performed decently at the box office. Her upcoming project is Love & War. Talking about Vicky, the actor delivered a blockbuster hit in 2025 with Chhaava.
