Starship Entertainment shared an official update on June 18 regarding its ongoing efforts to protect IVE member Jang Won-Young from malicious online activity. In the statement, titled Update on Legal Action Regarding Violations of Our Artist’s Rights, the agency revealed that it has been continuously monitoring and responding to content that infringes upon the artist's rights. "We continue to collect evidence of posts and actions that infringe upon our artists' rights," the company stated.The agency further emphasized that it is taking legal measures against various forms of harmful online behavior, including insults, defamation, the spread of false information, and invasions of privacy. It has issued a strong warning to those responsible for posting malicious content. "Regardless of whether posts are deleted, accounts are deactivated, or profiles are switched to private, we will pursue legal responsibility to the very end," the statement read.
