Cocktail 2 Box Office Collection Day 3: Shahid-Kriti-Rashmika Film Takes Big Jump On Sunday; Earns Rs 17.75 Crore

The Homi Adajania-directed film was released in theatres on June 19. Due to positive reviews and a strong buzz around Cocktail 2, the audiences have been giving a solid response to the romantic film. On Sunday, the Shahid Kapoor starrer took a big jump, as it ends the first weekend on a great note. For the unversed, Cocktail 2 is a sequel to 2012’s superhit Cocktail starring Saif Ali Khan, Diana Penty and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles.

According to early estimates reported by Sacnilk, the Shahid Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna and Kriti Sanon starrer Cocktail 2 earned Rs 17.75 crore on day 3. It is indeed a big jump taken by a romantic Hindi film on Sunday after a long time. Cocktail 2 ran in theatres with 28 per cent occupancy. Owing to great response, Cocktail 2 earned Rs 13.50 crore and Rs 16.25 crore on day 1 and day 2 at the box office, respectively. In the first weekend, Cocktail 2 minted Rs 47.50 crore. The gross collections of the film is Rs 57 crore in India.

As far as the overseas markets are concerned, the Shahid Kapoor film earned Rs 4 crore on day 3. The overseas collections of the film have reached Rs 19.25 crore. The total worldwide collection of Cocktail 2 is Rs 76.25 crore so far. Due to positive word of mouth and strong fan following, Cocktail 2 is expected to do well in the upcoming weekdays before the grand release of Akshay Kumar’s Welcome To The Jungle on June 26, 2026.
