The Odyssey London Premiere: Anne Hathaway Flaunts Baby Bump; Tom Holland, Zendaya Attend Event

countdown to Christopher Nolan’s much-anticipated The Odyssey has begun. The cast of the historical drama commenced the multi-city global tour on July 6. The first pit stop was London. The Odyssey will be premiering globally on different dates before its official scheduled release on July 17. Christopher, along with the rest of the film’s cast, attended the premiere in London. Robert Pattinson, Anne Hathaway, Tom Holland, Zendaya and others joined in to celebrate the world premiere of The Odyssey. The film’s world premiere will be streamed live on YouTube.

Celebrities attend The Odyssey world premiere in London

Christopher Nolan, the director of The Odyssey, attended the film's world premiere in London with Emma Thomas. He was dressed in a suave suit for the evening.

Anne Hathaway, who is pregnant with her third child, cradled her adorable baby bump in a pretty blue ruffled gown. She is married to Adam Shulman, and the couple has two sons, Jonathan (born in 2016) and Jack (born in 2019). In The Odyssey, Anne plays Penelope, the Queen of Ithaca and Odysseus' loyal wife, who resists numerous suitors while awaiting his return.

Matt Damon, the lead actor of The Odyssey, attended the world premiere of the film. He wore a grey suit for the evening. Damon plays the role of Odysseus, the king of Ithaca, whose decade-long journey home after the Trojan War forms the core of the story.

Tom Holland a.k.a Telemachus, Odysseus and Penelope's son, who sets out to find his missing father, attended the event with his wife, Zendaya. She is also an important part of the film. Zendaya is Athena, the goddess of wisdom and Odysseus' divine protector.

Robert Pattinson looked breathtakingly handsome at the premiere of The Odyssey in London. The actor is playing Antinous, an arrogant and powerful suitor of Penelope.

Charlize Theron, who will be seen playing the role of Calypso, attended the premiere as well. Her character is a nymph who keeps Odysseus on her island, Ogygia, and wishes him to remain with her forever.

Lupita Nyong'o made heads turn at the London premiere. She has a dual role to play. One is Helen of Troy and the other is Clytemnestra.

Himesh Patel joined the cast of The Odyssey at the London premiere. He plays the role of Eurylochus, Odysseus' trusted second-in-command. Elliot Page and Travis Scott were also at the grand event.
