Bhatt’s upcoming film, Alpha, is releasing this Friday (July 3) in theatres. The actress’ fans are very excited to see her playing a spy in the YRF Spy Universe. Like fans, Alia’s mother, Soni Razdan, is waiting for the Alpha Day to celebrate the moment. But before that, the veteran actress made sure to pay tribute to the OG Alpha of their house, and she is not Alia Bhatt. The Monsoon Wedding star took to her Instagram and shared a picture with her 97-year-old mother and the ladies from all four generations of her family.

In a beautiful picture shared by Soni Razdan, one can see Alia Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt posing with Raha, their mother and grandmother, who is seen lying on the bed. In a heartwarming note, Soni explained that Alia’s Nani (maternal grandmother) wanted to wish her granddaughter well on the release of her film like this. Soni revealed that her mother escaped Nazi Germany when she was 6. She said that her grandfather was a brave man who went openly against Hitler. She mentioned that after a few years in Czechoslovakia, she and her family landed up in the UK, escaping on a Jewish kindertransport train. The trails faced by her mother were many. Later, she met and married NN Razdan and started a new life in India.

According to Soni Razdan, Alpha women exist in many different ways. While paying tributes to her mother and grandmothers, she wrote, “I think all our mothers and grandmothers are Alpha women.” She even asked fans to drop a heart emoji if they agree with her. The post is going viral on social media and netizens have started reacting to it. Many of them posted heart emojis in the comments section.
