Indian Idol 16 Winner Is Jyotirmayee Nayak

16th season of Indian Idol has found its title holder. The top 6 contestants were Anshika Chonkar, Jyotirmayee Nayak, Manraj Veer Singh, Myscmme Bosu, Suhail Sufi, and Tanishk Shukla. The winner of Indian Idol 16 is Jyotirmayee Nayak. Hailing from Odisha, she performed Saiyaan O Saiyaan at the finale. Manraj Veer Singh was declared the second runner-up whereas Tanishk Shukla ended his journey as the first runner-up. Anshika Chonkar, Myscmme Bosu and Suhail Sufi couldn't make it to the top three.

About Indian Idol 16

Indian Idol 16 started on October 18, 2025. After almost ten months, the show got its winner. Shreya Ghoshal, Vishal Dadlani and Badshah judged the show and Aditya Narayan returned as the host. Due to prior commitments, Vishal couldn’t be a part of the finale episode. In an official statement, the veteran singer and music director said, “I am really sad that I couldn't be a part of the finale due to a prior commitment, but I wish them all the very best, and I hope they continue making music long after Indian Idol."Indian Idol 16 commenced with Abhishek Kumar, Ankita Mahua Giri, Anshika Chonkar, Diwakar Choubey, Jyotirmayee Nayak, Manraj Veer Singh, Suhail, Tanishk Shukla, Amritha Rajan, Shreenidhi Shastry, Sugandha Date, Shreya Verma, Abhijeet Sharma, Banashree Biswas, Manav, and Arfin Rana. Wildcard entries Myscmme Bosu, and Chaitanya Devadhe, who had participated in the previous seasons, dived into the competition.Usha Uthup, Udit Narayan, Papon, Kumar Sanu, Shehnaaz Gill, and Urmila Matondkar graced the grand finale weekend.
