The Evolving Sleeve: A Work in Progress
Kohli's latest work isn't just one new tattoo but an evolution of his entire left arm sleeve. In early 2026, he collaborated with Aliens Tattoo studio to integrate his older tattoos into a single, cohesive narrative. The new design features a large, intricate
mandala created with dotwork, a restored Lord Shiva motif, and floral elements like a lotus and peony. According to the artists, the work took multiple sessions totalling over 24 hours. Symbolising evolution and personal growth, the sleeve has been intentionally left incomplete, designed to grow with him as his life and career progress.
The Japanese Samurai: A Warrior’s Code
One of the most prominent tattoos on his left arm is that of a Japanese Samurai warrior. For Kohli, this isn't just an aesthetic choice; it represents the Bushido code, which emphasizes principles like discipline, loyalty, honour, and courage.
