Absolutely, and it's surprisingly easy. You don’t need a fancy espresso machine. You can make cold brew concentrate by simply soaking 1 part coarse coffee grounds in 4 parts cold water overnight in a jar. The next morning, strain it through a fine-mesh sieve or a coffee filter. That’s your concentrate. To make your drink, fill a glass with ice, pour in about 100ml of the cold brew concentrate, and top it off with 100-150ml of unsweetened coconut milk. You can adjust the ratios to your liking. For a lighter, more refreshing twist, try using tender coconut water instead of milk. It’s a simple way to bring the café experience home.
