The New Timings: Old vs. New
The adjustment advances the departure of both trains by 10 minutes. While it may seem minor, this change is critical for passengers to avoid missing their train. The new schedule is as follows: Varanasi-Ranchi Vande Bharat Express (20888): - Old Departure Time: 4:05 PM - New Departure Time: 3:55 PM (effective September 2, 2026). Varanasi-Deoghar Vande Bharat Express (22500): - Old Departure Time: 6:20 AM - New Departure Time: 6:10 AM (effective September 2, 2026). Indian Railways has clarified that the arrival times and the scheduled stops at stations beyond Varanasi will remain unchanged for both services.
