Flexibility is non-negotiable, with a strong preference for hybrid models or remote options that focus on outcomes rather than hours clocked in an office. They expect a culture that supports mental health through clear boundaries and access to resources. Beyond flexibility, clear paths for career progression are critical. However, this doesn't necessarily mean a rapid climb up the corporate ladder. Many prefer steady, sustainable growth, skills development, and even lateral moves that contribute to their long-term career goals over rapid promotions that might lead to burnout. They seek mentorship and continuous learning to stay adaptable.
