So, Does Protein Timing Matter at All?

Instead of focusing on one specific post-workout meal, a better approach is to space your protein intake evenly throughout the day. Aiming to consume 20-40 grams of high-quality protein every 3 to 4 hours appears to be the most effective way to keep muscle protein synthesis rates high.
