You must be an Indian passport holder departing from India for your trip. The core of the requirement is booking a holiday package that includes at least three consecutive nights in an Abu Dhabi hotel, along with a return flight from India. Crucially, you cannot apply for this free visa independently. The booking must be made through a participating travel partner or an online travel agency (OTA) that is part of the program.
