Many foods can also help you refuel; bananas, oranges, and spinach are great for potassium, while lightly salted broths can help replace sodium. You can even make a simple and effective drink at home by mixing water with a pinch of salt, a squeeze of lemon or orange juice, and a small amount of honey for taste and energy.
