One hundred grams of flour is always 100 grams of flour, regardless of how compacted it is. This precision brings consistency to your baking, allowing you to replicate successful recipes perfectly every time. A scale also simplifies the process and reduces cleanup. Instead of dirtying multiple cups and spoons, you can place your mixing bowl on the scale, press the 'tare' or 'zero' button, and measure each ingredient directly into the bowl. Better Technique Without a Scale
