Indian Railways has launched a new daily express service connecting Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) with Sawantwadi Road. This service, operating as train numbers 15087 and 15088, is a significant boost for tourism and regional connectivity,
making the journey to the southern Konkan region faster and more reliable. The train traverses the 510-km route with 22 commercial stops, including key stations like Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Ratnagiri, Kankavli, and Kudal before terminating at Sawantwadi Road.
