Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, MLOps (Machine Learning Operations), and AI governance are also highly sought after. Companies are no longer just looking for generic coders; they are seeking specialists who can build, deploy, and manage these complex new systems. According to industry reports, skills-based hiring is gaining momentum, with some employers preferring demonstrable AI certifications over a traditional degree.
