It also means ensuring that governance discussions are inclusive, bringing in voices from across civil society, academia, and smaller enterprises, not just major corporations. As the UN Advisory Body notes, a few entities currently monopolize the benefits of AI, and global governance is needed to ensure representation and accountability.
