For journeys starting from Madurai, the service runs on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, beginning October 22, 2026, and ending on January 15, 2027. In the return direction, for journeys commencing from Guruvayur, the coach will be available on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. This schedule runs from October 23, 2026, to January 16, 2027. It is crucial for passengers to double-check the day of the week and their direction of travel before making a reservation.

Tickets for this premium experience are now available for booking. Southern Railway has announced that the basic fare for the Executive Vistadome coach starts at ₹515. For travellers looking to enjoy the entire journey from Madurai to Guruvayur, the end-to-end fare is reported to be ₹1,875. Bookings can be made through the official IRCTC website and mobile app. When booking, passengers should look for the 'Executive AC Chair Car' category to reserve a seat in the Vistadome coach.
