The idea that timing matters isn't just a wellness trend; it's an emerging field of science called chrononutrition. This field studies the relationship between our eating patterns, our body's internal 24-hour clocks (known as circadian rhythms), and our overall
health. Every organ in our body, from the liver to our muscles, has its own internal clock.
