Programmes that offer assignments based on platforms like GitHub and teach you how to use major cloud services for AI are giving you a direct line to job readiness. If a course relies on proprietary, custom-built tools that aren't used in the industry, the skills you learn may not be transferable. The goal is to walk away fluent in the technologies that companies are actively using to build and deploy their AI solutions.

A good AI programme should do more than just teach; it should act as a bridge to your next career step. Check if the programme offers dedicated career support services. This could include resume workshops, interview preparation, and networking events with industry partners. Do they have a strong alumni network? Do they share success stories of graduates who have landed jobs in the field? Some of the best programmes have formal relationships with companies and can facilitate introductions or even internships. While no programme can guarantee a job, those with robust career services and demonstrable industry ties show a commitment to their students' long-term success and a confidence in the practical value of their training.
