On a clear, sunny day, just 10 minutes can be sufficient. If it’s overcast, aim for closer to 30 minutes, as cloud cover filters out a significant amount of the beneficial blue light spectrum. The best way to do this is to step outside. Take your morning chai or coffee onto a balcony, walk to a nearby shop, or simply stand by an open window.
