These styles not only minimize exposure to the rain but also prevent your hair from becoming a frizzy mess. For extra security, a light mist of an anti-humidity hairspray can provide an additional shield against the damp air.
Waterproof Your Makeup
Rain and humidity can cause makeup to smudge, slide, and fade within minutes. To ensure your look lasts, start with proper skin preparation. After cleansing, apply a lightweight, oil-free moisturiser. Hydrated skin holds makeup better, but heavy creams can feel greasy in humid weather. The next crucial step is a primer, which creates a smooth base and helps control oil. When it comes to foundation, less is more. Opt for lightweight formulas like a BB cream or a skin tint instead of heavy, full-coverage products. For colour, cream-based products are your best friend in the rain. Cream blush and eyeshadows are less likely to crease or look patchy in humidity compared to their powder counterparts.
