This isn't just about more sales; it's a measure of fundamental value created through greater efficiency, higher productivity, and smarter decision-making across the board.
Faster Sales and Quicker Launches
One of the most significant impacts of GenAI will be on the speed of business. The report projects that developers who adopt the technology could see their sales velocity—the pace at which properties are sold—increase by a remarkable 30-50%. At the same time, project launch timelines could be shortened by around 30%. This acceleration is driven by AI's ability to automate marketing content creation, generate photorealistic virtual tours, and provide deep customer insights that allow for highly targeted sales strategies. By handling everything from initial chats in multiple languages to creating customized presentations, AI frees up human teams to focus on strategy and closing deals.
Revolutionising Planning and Construction
Before a single brick is laid, GenAI is already changing the game. The technology can dramatically streamline land acquisition and project evaluation, reducing deal evaluation time by as much as 50%. AI algorithms can analyse vast datasets to assess a site's feasibility, considering factors like market demand, demographics, and infrastructure to predict a project's potential success. During construction, AI tools help monitor progress, reduce manual reporting, and predict potential delays, leading to an estimated 5-20% improvement in efficiency across costs and timelines.
