The fully air-conditioned coaches come equipped with automatic doors, bio-vacuum toilets, and sensor-based water taps. A specially designed version of the train for the Kashmir route includes advanced heating systems to prevent water lines from freezing and heated windshields for the drivers, ensuring smooth operations even in sub-zero temperatures. Another highlight is the Anji Khad Bridge, India's first cable-stayed railway bridge.
