From Naharlagun, it's a scenic 3-4 hour taxi ride up into the valley. Alternatively, you can fly to Hollongi (Itanagar) or Lilabari airports, which are closer but have fewer flight connections. Plan your travel to arrive at least a day before the festival begins to settle in.
