How to Incorporate Vinegar into Your Diet
You don't need much to see a potential benefit. Most studies use amounts ranging from two teaspoons to one tablespoon (about 10-15 ml) of vinegar. The key is timing: consuming it just before or with a carbohydrate-containing meal seems most effective.
