These urban centres, with their vibrant food scenes and social media-savvy clientele, are the natural entry points for such trends. Baristas are putting their own spin on it, sometimes adding flavours like vanilla, caramel, or even a hint of spice to the foam. For now, it remains a specialty item—a reflection of the extra time and skill required to prepare the meringue foam perfectly.
