The Selection Procedure

Based on their performance in the written test, candidates are shortlisted for the second stage, which is a personal interview. The final selection is based solely on the marks obtained in the interview. For some specific recruitment drives, ISRO also uses valid GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) scores for shortlisting candidates directly for the interview, bypassing the written test.
