Introducing AI VIBE
Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and Ernst & Young (EY) India have launched a new initiative called AI VIBE, which stands for Varsity for Innovation, Business and Economics. Announced in August 2026, this 12-month program is designed to equip SRCC’s
undergraduate and postgraduate students with critical AI skills needed for the modern economy. The first-of-its-kind program is fully sponsored by EY India for a select cohort of 100 students, making it a highly competitive, no-cost opportunity. The selection process is rigorous, involving assessments and interviews to find candidates who are genuinely ready to dive deep into the world of applied AI. This isn't just a theoretical course; it's an immersive experience that aims to directly connect academic learning with real-world industry demands.
Why AI for Commerce Students?
The idea of commerce students studying machine learning and generative AI might seem unusual, but it reflects a massive shift in the business world. Fields like finance, accounting, and consulting are no longer just about ledgers and spreadsheets; they are increasingly driven by technology.
