You will then fill in your personal details exactly as they appear on your passport, including your full name, passport number, and nationality. Next, enter your travel information: arrival date, mode of transport (e.g., air), and the last port of embarkation before Malaysia. Finally, provide your accommodation details. The Golden Rule: Submission Timing
Timing is critical when submitting your MDAC. The form must be completed within the three days immediately preceding your arrival in Malaysia. For example, if your flight lands in Kuala Lumpur on a Friday, you can submit the form on Wednesday or Thursday, but not earlier. Submitting it before this three-day window will render it invalid.
