The Vanguard of a New AI Frontier
This year marks the 10th anniversary of Google's accelerator programs in India, and the new cohort signals a significant shift in the country's tech landscape. According to Google, India's startup ecosystem is moving beyond general-purpose AI and into
a new era of 'agentic AI' and 'physical AI systems' designed to solve complex, real-world problems. The three-month, equity-free program provides these early-stage companies with technical guidance, mentorship, and access to Google's advanced AI technology stack. The goal is to help them refine their products and scale their operations, both in India and globally.
Innovations in Health and Climate
Several startups in the cohort are focused on two of India's most pressing sectors: healthcare and climate. In healthcare, companies like Aikenist and FlexifyMe are making their mark. Aikenist provides an AI platform that optimizes radiology processes, while FlexifyMe assists patients with chronic pain recovery through a combination of AI, physiotherapy, and yoga. On the climate front, Aurassure is using a unified AI platform with modular sensors to deliver real-time, hyperlocal climate data. Meanwhile, Fitsol is helping large businesses decarbonize through solutions for carbon tracking, smart packaging, and logistics optimization.
Transforming Finance and Legal Tech
The financial and legal sectors are also ripe for AI-driven disruption. The new cohort includes several fintech startups, such as Dodo Payments, which offers a platform for AI-first and SaaS companies, and OnFinanceAI, which is also working in the financial technology space. Another notable entrant is Binocs, which uses an 'agentic AI' platform to automate commercial due diligence and strategic advisory. In the legal domain, Adalat AI aims to revolutionize the justice system by building a tech stack to automate clerical tasks and speed up case resolution in Indian courts.
Building the Tools for Tomorrow's Tech
A significant portion of the selected startups are not building consumer-facing products but are instead creating the foundational tools that other developers and enterprises will use. This focus on developer infrastructure highlights the growing technical maturity of India's ecosystem. Companies like CraftifAI, H2Loop AI, and CreateOS by NodeOps are developing platforms and models to automate software development, improve debugging, and unify the AI development lifecycle. In manufacturing, a startup named Jidoka is building an AI-first computer vision platform for automated inspections and process guidance, showcasing how AI is being integrated into industrial workflows.
Smarter Enterprise and Media
The cohort also features ventures aimed at making business operations and creative pursuits more efficient. Proxgy is a deep-tech startup that merges IoT, SaaS, and AI to digitize operations in industrial settings through wearable technology. For the creative industries, Ayna is equipping fashion brands with an AI cataloging engine that dramatically speeds up the process of getting products online. Soundverse AI offers an agent platform for musicians that covers the entire creative lifecycle, from generating ideas to releasing the final track. These startups demonstrate the broad applicability of AI in streamlining processes across a diverse range of industries.
