The 'Why Now?' Factor

With a growing population of older adults who are more active and financially independent than previous generations, a new market has emerged. The focus is on consistency and progress, celebrating small victories like being able to get up from the floor without assistance or carry groceries up a flight of stairs without getting breathless.
Not Just for the Elderly
While the primary target may be the 40-plus crowd, the principles of healthy ageing are gaining traction among younger Indians as well. Millennials and Gen Z, armed with more information about health and wellness than ever before, are starting to think about 'future-proofing' their bodies.
