The most in-demand professionals are those who can operate at the intersection of technology and business strategy. The most sought-after skills include: Generative AI and LLM Engineering, where demand has surged over 300%; Data Engineering and MLOps, the disciplines that make AI functional in the real world; Cybersecurity, especially in securing cloud environments; and Cloud Architecture itself. There's also a rising demand for Product Managers who can guide these complex, tech-driven projects.
