Companies like Pixxel, which specializes in hyperspectral imaging, and SatSure, which provides analytics for agriculture and climate, are hiring geospatial analysts, GIS specialists, and AI/ML engineers. These experts don't build rockets; they build products that use satellite data for everything from improving crop yields and managing disaster response to planning smart cities and monitoring infrastructure. As India’s satellite constellations grow, the demand for data wranglers, AI specialists, and software developers who can build platforms to interpret this information will only intensify.

The growth of private launch companies like Skyroot Aerospace and Agnikul Cosmos, which are developing their own rockets, has supercharged demand for a new generation of builders.
