How to Sync Your Meals with the Sun

A good starting point is to aim for an eating window of 10 to 12 hours. For example, if you have your first meal at 8 a.m., try to have your last meal by 8 p.m. Try to make breakfast and lunch your larger meals, with a lighter dinner.
